Can I return an item?
If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return your package within 14 days of delivery of the product. In other words, your package must be dropped off at a Bpost point no later than the 14th day after delivery.
You can also choose to exchange items for free in our store, within 14 days of delivery of the product.
IMPORTANT:
Only items in their original and undamaged packaging, together with all accessories and the order confirmation, can be returned or exchanged. For shoeboxes, it is important that they arrive undamaged.
How do you return an item?
If you are returning an item from one of the following countries (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Finland or Portugal), please follow the steps below:
- Register your return by email at info@juniorsteps.be, stating the item number(s) and the size you wish to return.
- After registering your return, you will receive a return label by email.
- Print the return label and attach it to the outside of your parcel. Please note: do not attach the label to the original shoebox, but to the shipping packaging.
- Drop off your parcel at a bpost or DPD drop-off point of your choice (depending on the return label you received).
- Always keep your proof of shipment.
- The refund (excluding return and/or shipping costs) will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days.
A return fee will be deducted: €7.95 for Belgium, €8.95 for the Netherlands and Luxembourg, €9.95 for Germany and €10.95 for France.
Returning from another country?
If your country is not listed above, you can still return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us of your return in advance by phone at (+32) (0)11 81 66 79 or by email at info@juniorsteps.be.
The return and/or shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?
- Worn shoes or used leather goods.
- Shoes with (slightly) damaged soles.
- Shoes without original packaging.
- Shoes missing accessories such as laces, insoles, or extra bags.
- Leather goods with damaged original packaging.
- Incorrectly used, soiled, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Items showing excessive wear.
Will I get my money back for a return?
After you notify us of a return, we will check whether the returned product is in its original condition. We will then ensure that the amount paid by you, excluding initial shipping and/or return costs, is refunded no later than within 7 working days.
Junior Steps will refund you using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
