What are the shipping costs?

PLEASE NOTE: For sale and outlet items, shipping costs are always charged regardless of the order amount.

How is delivery handled?

We work with reliable shipping partners, including bpost and DPD. Orders are always delivered to the address of your choice, such as your home or office. In Belgium, you can also choose delivery to a pickup point or a bpost parcel locker, available 24/7.

What are the delivery times?

For deliveries within Belgium, we do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, so you typically receive your parcel within 1 to 3 working days.
Please note: for bank transfer payments, shipping only starts once the payment has been received.

For deliveries outside Belgium, we aim to deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days due to unforeseen circumstances.

Although we always strive for fast and correct delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays, strikes, or loss of goods caused by the carrier (such as bpost or DPD).

What happens if no one is home at delivery?

Only for deliveries within Belgium:

Delivery via bpost:
If you are not home at the time of delivery, bpost will leave a notification. You then have 14 days to collect your parcel from the post office or pickup point mentioned on the notice. It is also possible for someone else to collect the parcel, provided they bring the completed and signed notice. For questions or a second delivery attempt, you can contact the bpost customer service.

Delivery via DPD:
If you are not home, you will receive a notification from DPD with further instructions. Depending on the selected option, your parcel may be delivered to a DPD Pickup parcel shop or a new delivery attempt will be scheduled. You can easily track and adjust your delivery preferences via the DPD tracking link.

For deliveries outside Belgium:

Delivery follows the standard procedures and regulations of the destination country.
