What are the shipping costs?

ATTENTION: For sale and outlet items, you pay the shipping costs yourself regardless of the amount.

How is the delivery carried out?

We work with several reliable carriers, including Bpost, DPD, Mondial Relay, and PostNL. Delivery is always made to the address you choose, such as your home or office. Within Belgium, you can also choose to have your order delivered to a pickup point of your choice or to a bpost parcel locker, which is accessible 24/7.

What are the delivery times?

For deliveries within Belgium, we do our best to respect the delivery date you choose, including Saturday delivery.
Please note: For payments by bank transfer, we only start shipping once the payment has been received in our account.

For deliveries outside Belgium, we aim to deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, this period can sometimes extend up to a maximum of 30 days. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier (such as Bpost or international partners), loss of goods, or strikes.

What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery?

Only for deliveries within Belgium:

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Bpost will leave a notice. You then have 14 days to pick up your package at the post office or pickup point indicated on the notice. It is also possible for a third party to pick up the package for you. This person must bring the completed and signed absence notice by you. For deliveries outside Belgium:

The procedure follows the usual rules and customs of the country where you are located.
